Sometimes what you're most afraid of doing is the very thing that will set you free.

Message to Clients and Prospective Clients

As you’re scrolling through these pages, I understand that you are considering many therapists—and considering their specialties, experience and sensibility. You might look at pictures: would you lean toward someone who is younger? Or maybe someone who has been “around the block” a time or two? Is religion a concern? By the time your head has stopped spinning and you think you may have found someone whose qualifications might suit you, please make that first call or send that first email. This will help you determine whether the person you’ve selected will be a good fit. I wish you the best success on this journey.

I tend to think outside the box: I try different approaches and don’t give up easily. I can usually connect with teens who won’t open up to adults—and get to the root of problems. If I encounter an issue with which I am not familiar, I will research. In other words, “I will do my best for you!” I provide teletherapy to clients in California and Arizona. Office visits are offered to clients in the Phoenix area of Arizona.
